GEM F1 is a hybrid Chinese Kale bred for thick stem and mushroom-shaped leaves and white flowers. It matures about 48 - 58 days after sowing. One special feature is its succulent stalks that remain tender even when mature. The variety is fast growing and well suited to temperate climate, thriving in cool season. The plant is about 35 cm tall.
